Morgan took her first Yoga class on a whim through a Groupon for Yoga Flow and immediately fell in love. After struggling with an eating disorder Yoga was the perfect way to find self love and build a positive body image. She works in Physical Therapy and finds the blend of strength and flexibility to be the ultimate way to keep your body healthy. Morgan is also a distance runner and loves that Yoga compliments her training for races. After practicing at Yoga Flow for about 3 years,  she decided to take a leap to share her passion for Yoga with others. In 2017 she signed up for the Yoga Flow teacher training in hoping that she could help others find self love, gratitude and love of Yoga.
