After having been a dancer for many years, she was looking for something that gave
her the same feeling, the flow of mind and body. She found yoga in college and
immediately loved it. She did not practice regularly for long before her practice was
replaced with working, classes and internships. However, she remained attached to the
practice and after being involved in a car accident, she returned to the practice knowing
it would heal her body. After finding a home at Yoga Flow, she began practicing daily,
discovering that her mind needed yoga as much as her body. Then she fell in love even
more with the practice and decided to learn more, taking Yoga Flow’s 200-hour training.
She finished her training in June 2019. She now substitutes classes at Yoga Flow as an
instructor and looks forward to providing students with a positive and safe environment
to heal.
