Jennifer first discovered yoga in high school as a supplement to her love of running. Over the years, yoga became a permanent part of her exercise routine as it alleviated joint pain and promoted emotional balance. After giving up running permanently, Jennifer began attending classes more often and fell in love with the clean and tranquil space that is Yoga Flow. The mindfulness and self-love allowed her to grow and develop in other aspects of daily life. Upon returning home from college in 2016, Jennifer desired to deepen her practice wishing to bring the peace and physical well-being she found to others.
After completing her 200 hour teacher training under the playful guidance of Dominique Ponko and Michelle Planert, Jennifer knew she had found a home at Yoga Flow. With loving support from her family, especially her sisters, Jennifer was able to find her teaching voice and continues to grow as an instructor under the guidance of the Yoga Flow community. She is grateful for the opportunity to share what she has learned and to continue to strengthen her own practice with her students.
