Gina began practicing yoga in 1988 as a source of relief from physical injuries. As a lifelong enthusiast of dance, movement, music, and various competitive sports, she quickly fell in love with the transformational healing power of yoga. Gina blends her training and experience into a soulful and challenging vinyasa flow that focuses on the use of breath and music as a rhythm to inspire her students to move with grace, strength, and fluidity through their asana practice. Moreover, Gina’s teaching emphasizes detailed attention to precision in alignment, the movement of energy through the body and visualization to empower, bring about change and heal the whole being. Gina completed both a 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga training program with Yoga Flow, and a 200 hour Power Yoga training program with Amazing Yoga. She continues to diligently study all aspects of Yoga as a way to improve both her teaching and her own practice. She is inspired by her students and the inner peace that we all can achieve through this practice. Gina believes that every yoga practice offers the opportunity to reach new levels of awareness, both physically and spiritually to enrich life on and off the mat.
