Gaby began practicing yoga in college after taking a psychology course on mind-body practices. While she enjoyed the physical benefits, it was the spiritual element that motivated her to incorporate yoga into her daily life. After moving back home to Pittsburgh to start a career as an Art Therapist and Counselor, she found herself at Yoga Flow and quickly fell in love with the studio's Vinyasa Flow style. She was especially drawn to the fluid, meditative movement created by connecting poses to the breath. Inspired to teach and deepen her own practice, Gaby completed Yoga Flow's 200-hour Teacher Training program in 2015. Her practice has brought her a sense of peace, awareness, and empowerment, and she is incredibly grateful for the opportunity to share the gift of yoga with her students.
